An annual explosion of sound and celebration, La Fête de la Musique turns the streets of Paris into one giant stage. Musicians, from amateurs to professionals, fill the air with melodies in every genre, making music free and accessible for all.
Tradition Since 1982
Founded by France’s Ministry of Culture, this festival is held every June 21, the summer solstice. Over the years, it has grown into a global event, but nowhere is it more alive than in Paris, where plazas, parks, and alleys echo with rhythm till midnight.
